This was yet another café-surfing outfit (it seems to be all I dress for as of late, isn't it?). It is pouuuuring rain now, but fortunately a day or two ago when Jen and I met up for some quick pics at the gallery, there was this really beautiful golden light for a 30 minute window. Being the Vancouver girl that I am though, I was still drizzle-ready: my Hunter boots in basic black, navy cape with a very handy hood and cozy accessories were all rain-apropos. I worked a few more delicate gold pieces from Brooklyn Designs in - so easy to pile and layer on, love them.
Can't believe it's Friday already! This week entirely flew by - I don't know if I'm just getting older and time seems to shoot by faster or if this year has just been crazy, but it's really kind of shocking how weeks and months seem to just slip by. Anyone else experiencing this?

Here in Helsinki, we also follow so called practical fashion because our lives and therefore clothing is so dependent on the weather :) This post put a smile upon my face!
