Today is officially Canadian Thanksgiving - in other words, a day to give thanks. I've been feeling pretty blessed lately, so I have a lot to be grateful for. In short, I'm thankful for my family (including Bailey, of course) for their never-ending support, my friends for always brightening my day, Matt for bringing me loads of happiness and for the amazing opportunities that have come my way, not to mention my good health so far (knock on wood) and the incredible country I live in. There! Happy thanksgiving everyone!
I spent my weekend up at the cabin and it was just unreal - it was so hot that we spent most of our time suntanning outside and swimming in the ocean if you can believe it. In October. It's madness. I actually started boiling in this layered look, though it would be perfect for the slightly nippier weather Vancouver has right now! I opted for blush tones to break up the monotony of wearing fall neutrals on repeat, and my much-worn Social Experiment ring and new Ettika bracelet from Fossello's in Sechelt (more on them later this week) worked themselves in seamlessly.
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend too!
