Happy hump day everyone! I am particularly ecstatic because I finally am feeling better after the worst cold of my life last week and have been back in the swing of things with our #2015STRONG program – in fact, I did the arms workout from last week a couple days ago and I’m still feeling it! Having said that, I’m so excited to be here today with a workout that we’ve been asked repeatedly for: a targeted core workout! It’s crazy how much a week off can throw things off. I was so insanely sick last week I could hardly check my emails, just managing to stay kind of on top of it. My inbox is full of unread emails and I’m late on about a hundred other things, but for some reason I’ve been really happy this week. Maybe it’s just because I’m all better…maybe it’s ’cause spring is definitely on the way…or maybe it’s because I’m taking off to the cabin this weekend and that always makes me happy. Whatever the case, it’s been a pleasant reminder that dealing with a little more stress doesn’t always have to equal a lot of internal stress! Just trying to plough through what’s backed up and keep cool, knowing good times are ahead.
