So aside from a somewhat scary bout of post-exercise heat exhaustion yesterday, I had an absolutely lovely day: saw Toy Story 3 (amazing), had a good but evidently way too intense run up a local mountain (which I elected to run at high noon too…I’m such a genius), and finally, I got to do this shoot as the sun was setting in a local park. I love the pattern in this skirt…if it isn’t already evident from my past posts, I’m a huge ocean person. This skirt’s sea-blue and green spackled pattern totally reminds me of the sea, and as luck would have it, I somehow had a $2 thrifted belt that picks up the exact seafoam green in the skirt’s pattern! Obviously, they were destined for one another.
