This was a very happy shoot: I was coming from a lovely time at the beach, I got to share a Beaucoup Bakery pain au chocolat with my lovely pal Jen, I was wearing the most adorable swingy dress and the sun was shining! It’s hard not to be happy with the sun out in full force, but this stunning and cheery Olive + Piper necklace definitely brightened my day even more. Oftentimes my natural inclination is to temper the bright tones in a statement piece like this with neutrals, but something about the beautiful weather made me really want to go full-on bright. You know what they say…sometimes too much of a good thing can be wonderful.
