Introducing #2015STRONG (Video)

It is with great excitement that I can finally introduce #2015STRONG to you! Alicia and I got to chatting a month or so ago over soup and tea at Granville Island about our individual fitness goals and it led to us brainstorming about how we could hold each other accountable, making sure we tackled our individual goals while also making time to work out together. A couple hours later, #2015STRONG was born – a collaborative partnership with the incredible trainer Meray of My Reward Fitness to not only keep us motivated and on track with our fitness goals, but to bring together a whole community with weekly wellness content (jump over here to get signed up before our first total-body workout drops on Wednesday!).
