If you know me (or even if you follow me on Snapchat or Instagram), you already know that Saje Natural Wellness products are truly essential parts of my daily routine, from my workouts to my office space to getting down to sleep at night. I could not be happier to be taking part in their #SpreadWellness challenge because their magical products have truly spread so much wellness to my life already! Well, not a temple necessarily (it is a shared space, after all), but to bring that sense of calm and even an element of the sacred to it. With this stunning aromaGem Ultrasonic Nebulizer (a serious obsession of mine) and my Brainstorm Diffuser Blend Collection, it’s hard not to feel like I’ve stepped into an elevated space when I’m in there—I work better, feel better and am just all in all happier with this stunning gold nebulizer working away. I’m so ecstatic that I’ve been allowed to get back to the mat and to start restrengthening after my back injury, but I really want to take it slow, listen to my body and make sure that I’m treating it well and with lots of love so that it continues steadily on this road to recovery. This Après Sport Massage Oil has become such a huge part of my recovery (I put it on in the morning and in the evening and I can just feel my back muscles relax immediately, and it is incredible in a hot bath!), and since I’m limited to my yoga mat for now, this Yoga antibacterial mat spray not only makes it a much more serene, lovely experience (I would wear this scent all day if I could!) but it’s keeping my mat clean and healthy. Finally, I’ve been obsessed with this Exotic Crystal Fresh Deodorant for years—I am really trying to do my body right as much as possible and one of the first things that went were potentially harmful drugstore deodorants. This scent is heavenly and best of all, I’m only adding good-for-me products to my skin.

As you guys know, meditation is such a big part of my day-to-day and I really aim to log in 10-15 minutes a day. Since my back injury, I really have found meditation to be such an important part of my recovery—it’s helped me tune in better to my body and really listen to it. So because of its huge benefit to me these days, I’m bumping up my time to 20 minutes a day starting today! That little extra om time seriously sets the tone for an amazing day and best of all, it’s helping me get in touch with myself even more. This Unwind Anti-Stress Mist has not only been amazing for that, but it’s also a great thing to spritz at night before bed.     I know this post is about wellness but I love that poof you have in your apartment! Wellness is something I'm still working on because I'll have spurts of YES LET'S BE HEALTHY and then spurts of ramming Popeyes down my throat and laying on the couch. It can be hard to get into that healthy habit.
