TORONTO!!! I am absolutely loving this city – I love how distinct every neighbourhood is here, the contagious energy, the warm weather, the amazing restaurants…so far, everything. I’m sure some homesickness will set in soon (I can’t be away from the ocean, my dog, my friends and my family without feeling a little pang of sadness after all), but I am really taking to this town.
We’ve been doing so much exploring (think minimum six-hour walks every day) that I’ve had to keep my outfits on the casual side. My tactic so far has been loose tops or dresses in pretty colours paired with comfortable sandals.

Caitlin, one of my bestests (and Matt, who was taking this picture) came to Toronto as well – can not express enough how happy I am to have two of my favourite people here with me! This was us on our first day on the way to Chinatown, where we have officially found our new favourite Chinese bakery.
On the way to and at Kensington Market – absolutely love it there. Along with Old Cabbagetown, this is one of my favourite neighbourhoods so far.

A typical outfit these days: casual and easy. We were on the hunt running a gazillion errands and trying to find parks so I had to be as comfortable as possible.
Sooo in other news, I start my internship at FASHION Magazine today! Really excited and just a tad nervous – hope it all goes well. With that, I should probably get headed down there! I am back to regular posting now too by the way, I’m surprisingly happy to be falling back into a more consistent routine.
