Like yesterday’s post, I’ve been feeling ever so slightly uninspired lately and have been defaulting to classic silhouettes and staples that I know will work without fail. Flares are a no-brainer: flattering, comfortable and easy to style. Worn very simply with a tank, 70’s-esque wedges and a vibrant bag et voilà! Easy.

I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed lately, but I suppose it’s in a good way. This weekend will largely be a working one, and I have the afternoon and evenings of next week all booked for blog-related work. I know I need to take more rest sooner or later, but I do have a hard time scaling back on work when I love what I do so much. Having said that, I know all too well what working yourself into the ground can feel like and I don’t want to let myself get to a burn-out stage, so hopefully I can grab moments of rest during this short-term madness.
Hope you have a very restful weekend at least :).
I really love a classic flared jean! Nothing wrong with a simple, timeless outfit.
